I gym at Claremont. You need to replace the broken tiles in the gents steam room and replace the missing shower head in the steam room, remove the black mold from the Jacuzzi.

I have a valid complaint , in that Virging Active Johannesburg Sout Africa
had my wifes’ { Mrs Yasmin M. Ebrahim } GYM contract cancelled
on 31 July 2012 due to her only having 23 visists completed and not 24 visists
wthin the allocated time limits. In mid July 2012 we started to prepare for the month
long Muslim Religous Fasting till 19/08/12. I and my wife could not attend any GYM
training due to the fasting , whereby we abstain from any any activities / training
and NOT having anything to eat and drink for approx 10hours in a day , for
30 days. Due to this fact my wife could not swipe her card to make the full total
of 24 swipes within the time period. I have explained the above information
to your Johannesburg office , and you Johannesburg office refused to listen
to the above explanation , and do NOt care whatsoever. Your Johannesburg
office is insisting that i sign up a completely new agreement / contract for my
wife immediately prior to end Spetember 2012. You Virging Active GYM at Johannesburg is now wanting me to pay the GYM fees of Approx R265.00
for 2 months – September / October 2012 , and thereafter pay aprox R130.00
for the rest of the GYM contract in process , and this could be for many years to come. This new contract / agreement will cost me approx R1830.00
for the 1st year – till July 2012 , and thereafter approx R1300.00 onwards for
the rest of the contract term , whilst being a member of Virgin Active Gym
at La Lucia Durban. I and my wife have been memebers at Virging Active GYM
for a number of years till August 2012 , until your Johannesburg Virgin Active
GYM cancelled my wife’s contract , due to being one GYM visit being short
as expalined above. I find this totally unfair , that my wife’s GYM contract has been cancelled , just because of one visit being short.
We have enjoyed training at your Virgin active GYM for years now
and would still want to continue to do so , but NOT signing a new contract with
Virging Active GYM for my wife.
We are pensioners , and over 60 yeras plus , and cannot find the
new GYM contract fee on monthly basis.
View the above , I kindly request your urgent and immediate assistance
to have my wife’s { Mrs Yasmin M.Ebrahim } GYM cancelled contract
to be reinstated with immediate effect by latest 06 September 2012
with out any costs whatsoever . I cannot afford the additional costs
due to the new contract , which is being insisted by Virgin Active Johannesburg
office. Await your urgent and immediate reply to resolve this matter.

Don’t be too eager or pray too hard. There are lots of problems especially at Virgin Bedfordview and management have no ears – only their own self interests. It’s shocking what happens there, they will take your money but your rights as a member are not important. Without the members they have no job but that does not matter to them. They treat you like a second class citizen.
milpark virgin active cant even help there members by installing signal boosters becasue that gym has NO SIGNAL AT ALL!!! in a case of an emergency you could be dead in that gym even if you in the change room having a heart attack no one can call emergency coz there is no network so if you want to commit suicide go to milpark gym , best place ,
guys wake up no1 would run to reception to call someone and if you at home and having a emergency and your loved one is at gym you must call the reception for them to announce for you we in the 21st century use your brain they made cellphones for a reason . listening to music on my ipod i will NEVER hear my name announced . but if my phone rings i can feel it vibrating .think about it

When will we have the priviledge of a VA in Fish Hoek. We are regular members at the Steenberg Gym and just love it but with the cost of petrol and everything else going up we find that it is getting very expensive to trek over the mountain all the time. Our friends and family have all said the same thing. Other aquaintances have all said when one opens in Fish Hoek/Sun Valley area they will join. What a challenge a little VA will suit our close community. Thank you
Cheryl the team have looked out there in the past and the numbers didn’t make commercial sense. We are always looking at areas like that so hopefully we will find a site that works for everyone.
