  2. Trying to download the swim programme brochure to pdf but nothing happens. I also went to the gym and they don’t have any and can’t tell me if they will get more. They were not very helpful.

  5. Hi
I suffer from CFS and the only recommended excercise that I am supposed to do is swimming, but have a major phobia about letting go. I have been to numerous swimming instructors but none have the understanding of what I am experiencing which leaves me with a negative result and end up investing so much money and time and get no where. It has been my experience that the ‘trust’ factor has been the major problem.
I’m desperate to learn inspite of my mental block for swimming or letting go…..Please help

    Thank you
